They are the written rules of a local council. They are used to confirm the council\u2019s internal organisational, administrative and procurement procedures, and procedural matters for meetings. They contain most of the requirements relevant to the Responsible Financial Officer.<strong><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\"><a style=\"color: #0000ff;\" href=\"https:\/\/drinkstonevillage.co.uk\/parishcouncil\/documents\/Policies\/Financial%20Regs%20-%20Sept%202015.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Financial Regulations<\/a><\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt; color: #000000;\"><strong><span class=\"Small-para-headings-C1\">\u00a0<\/span><span class=\"Small-para-headings-C\">C: Code of Conduct<\/span><span class=\"Small-para-headings-C1\">\u00a0<\/span>for District and Parish Councillors<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<div>\n<div id=\"txt_752\">\n<p class=\"Small-para-headings-P\"><span class=\"Body-C\" style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">Local Authorities are required to adopt a Code of Conduct which sets out rules governing the behaviour of their Members and satisfies the requirements of the Localism Act 2011. All elected, co-opted and independent Members of local authorities, including Parish Councils, are required to abide by their own, formally adopted, Code.
